Tom Lael, son of Bobby Lee Lael in the Illinois National Guard in 1963 at summer camp in Camp McCoy, Wisconsin or Camp Ripley, Minnesota.

The most famous of all soldiers in the Lael Family tree is Alvin C York, who is related to Leva Lael.
