2015 Lael Reunion

The 61th Lael Family Reunion can now be added to our family's history.  The annual Reunion was held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Jerome, Illinois.   We all need to give Dale Lael a big THANK YOU for his effort every year in reserving the room, and getting everything set up.    The turn out was a little bit off this year but we are very happy that you were able to attend.  We also want to think about some of our family members that are unable to travel but we know you are here in spirit.

In looking back thru the Reunion records we noted that we typically had about 50-60+ people attend every year.   The Reunion records only go back into the mid 1970's.   We know there should be more records out there but we do not know where the real old ones are.

I printed the Lael Reunion booklet for this year in color.  I wanted to see how the photographs in the booklet would turn out. They do add a lot of detail to each picture.  Next year, if you think about it, bring along some of your older photographs, I can scan them and have them in the following years booklet for others to see.
